Cons

No payslips,no offer letter..Everything happens by word which cannot be trusted..Make sure to read the offer letter,terms and conditions of the offer and the contract signed and keep copies of the same.The employee has to run behind the employer for salary after resignation.....they do not give the offer letter unless demanded ..Management takes no responsibility for the welfare of employees though they pretend to do so when they need u ..
