There’s a lot of good people there.

Cons

There are no words to describe how terrible it is to work at this place. You’ll be overworked and micromanaged. You won’t have support because you basically aren’t allowed to talk to your teammates. You will be mistreated and you will never be promoted. Both of the C-suite executives should’ve been fired already but the Board continues to make bad decisions to avoid owning up to their constant mistakes. Dumb and dumber are leading this agency and you need to stay away or you’ll mental health will suffer. I’m thankful everyday I got out of there and ended up somewhere that values me and supports me.

I’ve met some really sad people but also some of the greatest and we all collectively suffer together

Cons

If you want to work in a place where people feel sad and undervalued then this is the place for you. Most of the people here drag their feet to go to work because management has created such a toxic environment where there is no trust or company culture. The C-Suite executives are terrible people who take no accountability for the culture they have created. The board will turn a blind eye to all of this because they too don’t want to take accountability for choosing the wrong person to lead this company. The turnover rate is high because people will realize that it’s simply not worth their mental health.
