Pros

Commission check recorded as income instead of bonus, so it isn’t taxed at a higher rate.

Cons

Expected to make sales goals without getting any hours. Sales goals were close to the sale as full-time employees who actually got hours.

Pros

Great company with employees best interest at heart. So many opportunities for growth. Also great for people like me, where work life balance is the most important.

Cons

In this economy I think more pay would be my only con as with any job.

Pros

Some of the employees, past compensation program.... you learn how to do maintenance and repairs yourself?

Cons

I've never worked for a more selfish, self-serving company in my life. Which, ironically, is most corporations. Lol. Everything I ever learned, I learned on my own. They once gave us a $2 raise from $10/$11 and hour, and came in bouncing to tell us as if we'd won the lottery. Will toss you around and use you as a cheaper alternative. Also, tons of super unethical sales practices, and the hiring process is simply apalling. Lost a lot of time and a lot more money with this company. It's really just sad how it "operates."
