      Pros

      I love my manager! He’s one of the best guys you’ll ever meet! I feel like he genuinely cares about my personal career goals and wants what’s best for me. I’m already on track to establish a solid career in the company and I owe it all to him!

      Cons

      The only con is that I didn’t start working here sooner, because then I would be much farther along and probably already in a management position!

      Pros

      T-ROC stays true to its values and its mission, even during one of the worst, most chaotic years in recent history. If that isn’t respectable, I don’t know what is.

      Cons

      People who can’t see the forest for the trees.

      You are able to take advantage of deals from the cell phone providers. Can talk with people...

      Cons

      Long days waiting for customers. A lot of awkward encounters. I sold a lot of prepaid at my store so I relied on the hourly which wasn’t good. The amount we made on phones... was beyond disappointing. Being laid off
