Great for self-reliant people with drive. You have the liberty to succeed on your own terms. Executive team on this program have our back.

Cons

Limited structured communication. There are a lot of apps/programs/sites that can be challenging to navigate.

Pros

Potential for large commission if you exceed goals, uncapped.

Cons

Terrible support systems in place. Upper management is completely unorganized. Toxic work environment. Concerns are not properly handled. Favoritism and singling out from upper management. Unprofessional behavior and treatment is tolerated way too often. No clear expectation of job titles outlined.

A little bit of good and a whole lot of bad

Pros

Money can be good if you’re in a good store, the people that work in the stores are great

Cons

Too little pay for the amount of pressure and stress, unethical sales tactics, and extremely unprofessional upper management. This company loves to break promises and pick favorites. Grown adults acting like children. I could go on and on and on but I don’t have all night.
