Pros

There’s a lot to like about working for T-ROC: Pay is bi-weekly. Generous commission structure. Flexible scheduling. Opportunities to build connections and expand your skillset. Awesome leadership. Open to feedback. Promote from within.

Cons

It’s a sales job, so you need to be able to handle people ignoring you and not buying anything after you’ve spent 20-30 minutes talking with them.

Pros

The moneys not bad, if you can sell enough postpaid phones every month. If you show up to your shifts it’s pretty hard to get fired. Very flexible. Set schedule.

Cons

You will not be paid any commission if you fail to meet every-changing demands. If you’re at a Walmart store you will be used by that store as an electronics associate (aka not your job) Your job requirements and pay structure will change often and without warning. They take forever to make good on scheduled pay raises and signing bonuses.
