Pros

The best reason to work for The Retail Outsource is the opportunity for career advancement. Another great reason is the freedom to be creative, and to really have your ideas heard by senior management.

Cons

One of the downsides of working at The Retail Outsource is the extreme distance between employees. Although there is a lot of communication, most is through email or over the phone unless with your direct supervisor. I would like to see more face to face interaction among employees across the country.
