      Pros

      Coworkers were friendly and welcoming Excellent earnings potential Friendly management Fast-paced environment Will give you a good work ethic

      Cons

      It’s a fairly large company and I wanted to gain experience working in a smaller start-up environment.

      Pros

      Teams were pretty close and helped each other out. Regional, Area, and local management always willing to help and sometimes would go beyond to support each other.

      Cons

      Recruitment team unable to preform their job. Training became a joke, only wanting sunshine and rainbows to miss lead new employees. Losses contracts and doesn't really do anything to help affected employees

      Great management + training

      Pros

      I’ve worked at several different locations, and every store has a great environment that makes you feel comfortable and part of the team. Collaboration is encouraged and managers work hard to ensure that everyone’s needs are taken care of. The company does a great job training their managers so that they know what to prioritize, they have great conflict management skills, and they remain calm in stressful situations. The training for all the employees is great in general, and everyone knows what needs to be done and how to do it quickly and efficiently.

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing. I love working here.
