      Pros

      I was invited to join TROC almost 4 years ago by a buddy of mine and I’ve since seen it grow to a tremendous size. The company is relentlessly ambitious and has its sights on being one of the biggest and best in the nation. I’ve seen it attract some amazingly talented people who are genuinely excited to be part of the company and every time this happens I feel more certain that this is the company I’ll be with until I retire. I’ve worked with companies in the past that were very conservative in their approach to business ("playing not to lose"), whereas TROC is willing to take risks to achieve success ("playing to win"). With every month that goes by, the company is building a stronger and stronger culture as everyone aligns with the company’s overarching goals, and are given the chance to have a real impact on how things are run and the company it will become in the future.

      Cons

      No company is perfect and TROC is no exception. There’s issues obviously and not every risk pans out. But the culture is one of genuine care for every single person who works here and that’s what makes it such an honor to be part of this company.
