Pros

Good pay. Paid travel if you make it that far. Intense exercise. Benefits packages - again, if you make it that far. Diverse work team, although supervisory team is mostly all one race lording over your group.

Cons

They delete you if you miss even a few hours, then they obstruct or hide your current hours and don’t pay you for those once you’re deleted or terminated. Training modules do not exactly fit the job. You will get inundated with miscellaneous training modules that aren’t relative to a retail merchandiser. You are pushed to keep at it, even if you are physically beat, you do not get to take breaks when you need. They decide when it’s time for you to have a quick break. Lunch is not paid, you’re expected to stay around, but cannot bring inside anything. Most of the supervisor crew is one race, and this group of a certain race barely works, but stands around lording over the other races, whom are working hard. They’re only out for their bottom dollar. You don’t really matter, so don’t plan on missing even one day, you’ll get deleted, and forced to contact the state labor department with your proof of hours you were cheated out of, when they delete you - and they will. They claim to need big teams to stay months on end, but they’re really just rushing through the retail store, with a goal of laying you off within two weeks - thus the high pay. They’re only kind enough to give you like two fat checks, before they wrap up your local project and boot you out, early enough to avoid paying unemployment.

The job was exhausting

Pros

I got to learn a lot here

Cons

The only reason I quit was the fact that this job was exhausting. Talking to customer who thought they were always right and dealing with their weird demands was not something I wanted to do for the rest of my life
