Pros

The only pro is you bring home a paycheck. That's not even that much of pro since they don't pay a living wage.

Cons

The company is TERRIBLE. They pay $10.50 an hour and have a "commission" but it's a joke. If I didn't live with someone I would be on the street because you cannot live on that. They take advantage of people. The insurance they offer would cost 26% of my income to get a plan that does anything. They don't care about employees at all because if they did they would want to at the very least make sure you stay healthy. It's just one huge joke, the entirety of the organization and I don't know how Brett Beveridge sleeps at night.

Pros

You get a paycheck and that's the only pro

Cons

They don't care about anybody. They are money thirsty and don't care how they get it. They pay employees 10.50 an hour and offer health insurance that costs half your pay for a plan that does anything. A disgusting bunch of corporate America. My only hope is that minimum wage goes up and they HAVE to pay a living wage. Their expectations are to the moon when they haven't even figured out how to get there. A huge joke. How Brett sleeps at night is a mystery to me. Their commission structure is a joke. Just don't work here unless you're desperate.
