Pros

Nepotism and favoritism are not issues at T-ROC. I’ve worked for several companies where it felt like I could never get ahead because managers would always choose their friends for promotions. If you’ve ever worked in that environment you know how defeating it is. From my experience that has never been the case at T-ROC. People get promoted based on the merit of their work and the value they add to the company.

Cons

The company is constantly growing and changing. You have to constantly be on your toes in order to keep up.

Pros

The pay was a winner

Cons

Lack of leadership, lack of direction (didn't want to make changes to make things better) arrogant upper management, no respect for the caliber of employee that the entry-level jobs bring in no work-life balance you are always on the clock time off sucks. you will not have a direct leader when you start they will refer you to another market manager. If you are applying for any position in the Rocky Mountian region especially North Carolina I would withdraw your application, HR also doesn't do their jobs and evaluate from both sides they just follow the upper leadership like puppets.
