      Pros

      Hand holding isn’t a thing at T-ROC. You may have noticed several other reviews make reference to the freedom we’re given here. That’s no exaggeration. You’re pretty much free to work and interact how you want, as much as you want for the entire shift. As long as you’re hitting your quotas you’re good.

      Cons

      Better training would have been nice.
