      Market manager can be pretty annoying and blames you if the store is dead Practically no training No opportunity for growth

      Flexible, family oriented,little to no micromanagement,

      Cons

      High volume, this position is not for the beginners. You will have a hard time using your pto because you’ll be concerned about your team and the impact your absent makes.

      This job has changed my life, and such an amazing opportunity to grow. I wouldn’t change the job for anything. Management is always their for you, and does everything they can do to help you. I would highly suggest this company to work for.
