Pros

This job sucks. This company is Meh, no time for an outside life. If you have a family don't work for this company. You never see them and you don't even get holidays off

Cons

Everything is a con The hours The pay is semi decent Legit just straight up awful It's like we are work slaves doing everything to make the numbers for sales and get NO praise in return I cant wait to find another job

Pros

RadioShack employees will now have the opportunity to make commission selling Sprint.

Cons

Everyone in the Northeast (Maine, MA, NH) who worked for TROC IN A SWAS RadioShack corporate Sprint store will be out of a job right before Christmas. Most of us just started (within 3 months) so we don't qualify for unemployment. Did TROC hire us just to set up the store and then lay us off?

I am so very sorry about this. Trust me, this was not something that was done in haste. We, as a company, were given notice as well and had a short window. Unfortunately, when these things happen, the timing is "never" good. TROC would never never have brought employees on, had we known this was about to happen. I wish you much success in your career; please stay connected on our career site for new opportunities. Regards, Randy Brandon Director of Talent Acquisition/People Attraction
