      T-ROC is a truly amazing company to work for. From day one, I’ve felt supported and set up for success, with unlimited resources and guidance to grow. The fun, family-like culture makes every day enjoyable, and partnerships with brands like Pokémon make the work even more exciting. With endless upward mobility, I’ve grown from a Warehouse Manager to a Regional Manager. I’m proud to call T-ROC my home and family.

      Strong exposure to logistics, warehousing, field operations, and merchandising — great experience for anyone wanting to grow in operations leadership. Collaborative relationships with client stakeholders. T-ROC is open to thinking out of the box and trying new ideas without the fear of failing. Culture of recognition and team building, with leadership offsites and open communication across teams. Fast-growing company where motivated employees can take on new responsibilities and leadership roles.
