Pros

The retail outsource is a great company I've been in sales before and have managed many computer stores and the retail outsource has really shown that they have a great structure and that the management team is spot on any issues I have are resolved in a timely manner and the CEO Brett Beveridge is a great guy he cares for the employees and the pay is competitive anyone that has a drive to sell and has any type of sales experience would do great at this job and will succeed and the careers offered by the retail outsource are worth staying with it and pushing through the struggles of a new company ALOT OF POTENTIAL IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED.

Cons

Pros

Great for beginners in sales. If you like talking to people and know cell phone companies and plans, this is the job for you. A lot of free reign for creativity on how to sell.

Cons

A lot of sales, if you do not sell, your job will be in jeopardy. Worked inside Wal-Mart, and there was a lot of standing. Downside was some Wal-Mart employees hindered your job too.

Thanks so much for the feedback. We take your comments seriously and use them in our planning. As I am sure you are aware, retail sale requires standing, which is stated in our job description. We also explain the goals and metrics that are expected in interviews and requirements. The trainings have been well received, glad to hear your positive feedback. We wish you well in your future endeavors...... Randy Randy Brandon Director of Talent Acquisition/People Attraction
