Pros

Was a company with great management that cares about the employees and supports growth. Many opportunities are some what flexible and you can pick up new skills for your resume.

Cons

The company has changed and no longer respects it's employees or management. Be prepared for paycuts to keep your job. Never receiving a raise because they are a contract company. High cost of insurance if you are eligible. Lots of promises of growth and new projects. If you are a "favorite" you might get to try something new, but don't expect to ever be safe no matter how well you work.

Great forward thinking organization

Pros

Very collaborative environment. Top level executives fully engaged and connected at all levels of the organization. Growing rapidly and offers room for individuals to grow with the organization

Cons

You will need to be able to adapt to change and a fast paced environment. Although not a con this could be seen as a negative aspect if you are looking for a simple "status quo" job with a basic clockin-clock out environment
