Pros

Loved the entrapruniel spirit and vision from the top. Mid level had issues. Nice retail environment.

Cons

Not many. Too many conference calls and again some issues with mid level management. Culture was tough.

Pros

All pros are gone or slowly dwindling away. This was, at one point a great and challenging role, with some really great perks that would compensate for the low pay and using our own vehicles.

Cons

I took a pay cut to take on this field position that is gradually becoming more and more micromanaged. The Schedule has become more strict, as the company has become less strict on reimbursing employees money to do the job. Essentially, the entire team is now paying to work. The company steadily increases and changes monthly miles but makes no mention of adjusting auto allowance money. Yes, We use our own vehicles. Also going into the heat of summer, when gas is going up and hotels are going up, manager is steadily griping about reducing expenses. During recruitment and the hiring process, I was told that this would be an "at will" employment position and that I would be eligible for pay increases. Upon reaching my one year anniversary, I was told that this position was a "contract position" and that a pay increase would be impossible. Management seems to makes up rules as they go, and continuously afraid someone is not going to be in the field. Meanwhile, every time someone in management is called they are at their kitchen table with their kids in the back ground. Also, there is a significant amount of important paper work for this role, that is always never enough. However, the paper work is not important enough to count as part of a work day. So job is actually a 6 day work week.
