I came into the company as a wireless sales consultant and became a manager within 3 weeks. Company has a lot of potential to work up quickly as long as you expect to work hard.

Pros

Loved the entrapruniel spirit and vision from the top. Mid level had issues. Nice retail environment.

Cons

Not many. Too many conference calls and again some issues with mid level management. Culture was tough.
