      Pros

      The retail outsource is a company that is expanding at a rapid pace. Thus said, the company is a great company if your individual looking to expand and grow into a career. There are a lot of opportunities presented by the management team for growth and they are very helpful whenever help or training is needed. The management team is also spontaneous and presents their employees with fun contests regarding sales that boost moral and productivity.

      Cons

      Being such a small company in growth, there are some disadvantages. Certain opportunities that are provided by other companies such as overtime, are limited and restricted.

      The company is growing at a huge pace and new projects and initiatives constantly give you the opportunity to apply your personal knowledge/skills and work as a team. The leadership is very supportive and flexible, and offer a good environment to work.

      I would like the company to match what we contribute to the 401K .
