Pros

Flexibility to make your own schedule

Cons

When I started I saw a great opportunity with a small company and we had the opportunity to directly affect the growth and direction of the company. But as they began to grow they lost sight of their greatest asset...their people! The communication from the top down became increasingly non-existent and the feeling throughout the field got steadily worse. They had great managers that left to join other companies and what is left is nothing short of laughable. They have filled management positions with bobbleheaded yes men who have been conditioned to not rock the boat, and not fight for their people. The people in the field have taken a 20% pay cut over the last year, and when questioned by an area manager on a conference call about the legality of cutting existing salaries, he was told that the company can do" whatever they want." The professionalism that once existed has been replaced by backstabbing and the fear of losing your job at any moment.

Pros

Hired quickly after interview. Got a phone call the next day and another call the Monday after with a firm start day.

Cons

Hired quickly after interview for a job that did not exist. Was told that a sales job selling cell phones at Walmart would begin October 18th. Then called and told it would begin a couple days later. Then called to say it would be a week. Then 2 weeks. Then the updates stopped and 2 months later there was no sign the job ever really existed. When contacted to tell them I could no longer wait and that this was unprofessional behavior I was told "I'm not going to contact anyone if I don't have anything to say". I emailed all the other new hires that were cc'd on the original email and it turned out we were all on the same sinking boat. AVOID this company at all costs.

Pros

The great thing is the location Coral Gables

Cons

Very toxic coworkers, they yell and curse whenever they want to very unprofessional and management does nothing yet there are coporate rules and they do not abide by them. Raises are hardly ever given so if you work there get ready to be a slave because their is a lot of turnover but they see it like we kept you so you should be happy. Basically more professionalism and less people being yuppies and kiss ups when they want to and then go crazy after.
