      Pros

      Great people, my coworkers, my store mgr and District mgr are awesome.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, commision is a joke, $300 a month for leading my store in sales is laughable and all we are told is to sell more, you are better off risking catching a deadly sickness than to pay for their benefits, absolutely a joke. The General Manager micro manages everyone, berates his employees and mangers in public, even saw him humiliate the district mgr in front of other employees, hes a terrible person and probably the biggest reason people leave the company.

      Pros

      This job has changed my life, and such an amazing opportunity to grow. I wouldn’t change the job for anything. Management is always their for you, and does everything they can do to help you. I would highly suggest this company to work for.
