A Place To Grow!

Pros

If I were to summarize my time with TROC in one word it would have to be growth. Throughout my tenure, leadership has provided me with tools and mentorship that has allowed me to advance my career and grow professionally. If you're talented, have a great attitude, and work hard there are definitely opportunities to succeed!

Cons

TROC has a very diverse portfolio of projects and clients. Some programs including the retail stores provide tremendous consistency. TROC also works with major wireless carriers and manufacturers on projects that are super exciting but can be more fluid. Make sure to ask as many questions as you need during your interview to make sure that the position you're applying for is a good fit for you!

Pros

A lot of freedom, fairly low stress environment, decent hours.

Cons

"No excuses" attitude, redundant policies, failed to pay mileage from almost a year ago, went 5 months without a proper uniform.
