Pros

Depending on what project you're on and who you area manager is, you can have a flexible schedule.

Cons

poor pay, no annual raises, no opportunity for advancement, poor benefits (you have to pay for 75% of your health insurance), be prepared to put lots of miles on you vehicle and get a meger "gas allowance" as compensation, sales goals set so high it's impossible to make goal, and micro managing managers.

Pros

Flexibility to make your own schedule

Cons

When I started I saw a great opportunity with a small company and we had the opportunity to directly affect the growth and direction of the company. But as they began to grow they lost sight of their greatest asset...their people! The communication from the top down became increasingly non-existent and the feeling throughout the field got steadily worse. They had great managers that left to join other companies and what is left is nothing short of laughable. They have filled management positions with bobbleheaded yes men who have been conditioned to not rock the boat, and not fight for their people. The people in the field have taken a 20% pay cut over the last year, and when questioned by an area manager on a conference call about the legality of cutting existing salaries, he was told that the company can do" whatever they want." The professionalism that once existed has been replaced by backstabbing and the fear of losing your job at any moment.

Sunken boat

Pros

The good parts of working for this company are few. The hourly pay is good and they will give you hours of work, the online training is one of the few things that works at T-ROC. My congratulations to the FL trainer she is great

Cons

This job requires you to be a forgetful type of person, working to the standards of this company is mental torture. They will force you to make sales on your first day, and it will only escalate, with the threat of firing you. THERE IS NO SENSE OF WORK. you will wonder why you got into that sunken boat. There is no supervision or help, the apps the company uses most of the time will not work. The manager will only remember you when it comes to more sales. This company destroys your self esteem about work, about yourself and all the time they will remind you that you are a weakling. You see new people coming in and out every day because nobody supports how this compound works.
