Thank you for your feedback. While we're glad you found the role straightforward, we're sorry to hear your experience with pay, management, and culture was disappointing. We've launched several programs, like WeLeadU and WeLearnFromU, to address these very concerns and improve life at T-ROC. If you're open to it, we'd appreciate more detailed feedback at t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU.

Pros

T-ROC is an outstanding organization that truly values entrepreneurship, innovation, and the freedom to contribute. Having worked for several Fortune 100 companies, I can confidently say that T-ROC’s “no politics, no bureaucracy, no BS” approach is second to none. The company empowers its people to make an impact, fostering an environment where ideas are heard, and contributions matter. We are at the forefront of reshaping retail services, leading the way for Tier-1 global retailers and brands to succeed—especially in the realm of value-added and complex products and services. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how individuals flourish here, seizing unique growth opportunities that might not exist elsewhere. I am also surrounded by exceptional professionals; individuals I may have never had the chance to work with otherwise. After 11 years at T-ROC, I feel as energized, motivated, and valued as I did on my first day. This company has been a key pillar in my professional journey, never letting me down in this fast-paced and ever-evolving world of IT and retail.

Cons

While T-ROC offers incredible opportunities within the U.S. and Canada, I do wish there were more global expansion opportunities. The world is getting smaller, and I thrive in environments where we operate on a truly global scale. Given the nature of our business, customer relationships tend to be more dynamic and short-lived compared to industries like ERP, where decisions often have a long-term impact. This fast-paced environment requires constant adaptation, which can be both exciting and challenging. While I love the agility and innovation we bring to retail services, I sometimes miss the deeper, long-term partnerships that come with more permanent enterprise solutions.

Pros

I recently joined T-ROC, and I can confidently say that my experience so far has been outstanding. The onboarding process was seamless and truly welcoming—every step of the way, I felt supported and valued. From the initial introduction to the company, to the in-depth training and guidance from colleagues, T-ROC made it clear that they genuinely care about helping their employees succeed. There’s a real sense of camaraderie, collaboration, and mutual respect. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where everyone is not only skilled but also kind and supportive. The leadership team fosters an open and inclusive atmosphere, and it’s evident that they prioritize employee well-being. I couldn’t be more pleased to be a part of this team!

Cons

While the experience has been overwhelmingly positive, there’s always room for improvement in streamlining certain internal processes. The focus is to work smarter and continue to innovate.
