      You become part of the Scion family Regional manager is always willing to assist when needed Always are kept in the loop of things happening in the company Never feel afraid to reach out to anyone within the company at times of need You have the opportunity to move up within the company or transfer to a vacant position at another property

      Specific just to the property I work at, the working environment issue has gone unhandled

      Pros

      Always understanding, even corporate is very down to earth. They are super encouraging, and actually want to take the time and money to invest in your future with the company to grow. So many opportunities to grow within and move.

      Pros

      The people you work with are very helpful and often stay connected with you via Skype calls and emails. Your higher ups hold you accountable for goals and achievements and check in on your progress and encourage you.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is hard and sometimes feel like you are "on call" at all hours whenever you are off so it is hard to take weekend trips / time off to forget about work for a while
