Always thought there was something fishy about how employees were paid. A new class action lawsuit confirms my suspicions. No wonder corporate was talking about going to a 40 hr week (instead if the current 55 hrs) at the managers meeting this past August. They knew the lawsuit was coming. If you can sell, you'll get promoted to manager in about 18 months. Doesn't matter that you have no leadership skills. Employee turnover has to be among the highest in the retail industry.

Again, everything about this company is a con! Starting with management. I was not given a full explain action of what duties I would be responsible for (like cleaning the bathroom, taking out trash, acting as warehouse staff just to name a few). If you like retail go work at a mall. This company does not care about good employees that actually have sales experience. Micromanage is an understatement! They want you to drink the KoolAid and believe you actually have significant earning potential. No way to monitor your sales. Tell you "15% on everything you sell". What a joke....and another lie. No commission report even if you are lucky enough to figure out how it is you are getting paid. Seriously, read these reviews, believe them and then run in a different direction. I didn't even touch on the quality or availability of their products. I was embarrassed to work there and couldn't in good conscience sell their natural stone.
