      Pros

      Great people business if you dont mind dealing with customers on a very close basis .people are upgrading their homes and will trust you with things that are very important to them . to me that was the best part of this job I actually have a lot of integrity. If you dont this is the place to work for you!!

      Cons

      dishonest management, very little to no training unless you are preferred by whoever the management is that month.work hard to have your work stolen or taken over by a more tenured employee,argued with my own manager about business that i aquired and closed !

      Should have believed reviews. They DO steal your sales! Even your own Manager! Corporate doesn't care!

      Pros

      No pros because all promised things don't come to fruition! Don't believe what they promise!

      Cons

      Working 65 hours for no pay! Not getting paid what your promised! Paychecks never being what you think because they let your coworkers and manager steal all your sales/commission! They do nothing to fix it after you talk to corporate! If you start working there on the 2nd week of the pay period, don't expect $1000, it's not going to happen! They not only allow cutthroat malicious theft but seem to condone it!

      Pros

      great overall company with great (underpaid) employees.

      Cons

      must work 6 days a week. work days are 9 and 10 hours long. if you don't make commissions company pays you but takes it back on future checks.
