      Pay your people poorly, you get poor results

      Good discounts, good work life balance

      Cons

      Lack of training and development, Stores are poorly staffed, management does not care about your concerns, OSHA violations, poorly trained warehouse staff You are thrown to the wolves on day one, unmotivated staff, terrible customer service.

      If you are someone who needs to be migromanaged, then this place is for you.

      Cons

      This was the worst company I've ever worked for. Benefits are terrible. Lack of stock and trucks only came ones a week so most people walk due to lead times or the fact that prices are 10x higher (for the same quality). Management is not supportive

      Uncapped commission / HSA isn’t bad

      Cons

      Commission based so you don’t make any hourly, but you’re also required. You clean the showroom prepare for inventory and do other things that take you away from the sales floor.
