- I worked a this company for 9 years. I had 9 compensation packages, all of which got smaller and smaller every year, all the while they expected more and more. -0 care for employees. You are a number. when you leave, even after nearly a decade, You wont even get a call for an exit interview unless they think you might sue them. - Unless you are a corporate crusader, your opportunities are limited. 9 years running with top sales in the store I was in, but since I didn't brown nose, my advancement was limited. -CEO given 400k Raise while cutting half the staff through the entire company.
