Pros
The job is enjoyable, especially for Designers trying to get their start or get back into the groove of designing. I'm fortunate enough to work with some really good people and actually enjoy going to work
Cons
THE SUBSIDY and PAY PLAN. The job is Draw plus commission, but you have to profit over your draw to really make decent money. They aren't marketing to bring in more clients and expect you to bring or build your own clientele to make a decent living. Managers are salaried, Assistants no longer have a subsidy, and Warehouse Managers are hourly. Part-time employees are hourly, but get a 3% commission rate, and full-time employees get 15% as long as they are making the company money.
