Pros

Strategic placements of five facilities and ability to move between facilities is a plus. Goals at each facility are independent, but competition between execs keeps everyone on their toes. It would be nice if C Suite at smaller facilities remained stable.

Cons

Locked materials management held by one person with manipulative contract ability means managers have no input in supplies and services. Staff are seen as "easy come easy go" and unfortunately have become unionized to achieve bargaining rights

Pros

This was one of my favorite jobs. I stayed for 4 years. The leadership was great and my coworkers were the best! I truly felt that this compnsy really tried to give credit to those emp!oyees who stood out and really excelled at their jobs. Management was friendly and fair. The different disciplines worked well together. I enjoyed seeing my patients make gains and get released to safely return to home. I thoroughly enjoyed this job and remember it fondly.

Cons

I did not like the hospital setting, in which you are inundated by so many contagions, which is why I eventually moved on. Also, I find it much more rewarding to work with my patients for longer periods of time, and really get to make a deeper personal connection .
