They claim to be inclusive, but management have created a toxic work environment for all minorities. Extreme nepotism - if you're not related to anyone in management, or have the last name "Walsh", you will be overlooked and they will take your place. No clear direction or management. Office pretty much runs itself. VPs are in constant competition, so relocation is the same as quitting. If you take a job at another region within the company, you will be fired for disloyalty. The story is known by everyone. Employees are replaceable. A VP literally screamed at everyone on a national conference call saying that half of the employees in the room could be fired, and the company would still be profitable. Never feel safe or secure in your job unless you are related to someone higher up.

Deplorable culture, Family bureaucracy, many have The Napoleon syndrome, at the top. buildings group leadership is very unpolished and a micro managers. This is one company you can’t confuse intelligence with education and overall a less than impressive company.
