Pros
The Benefits are really good... once you get them. This is seriously why most people continued to work there for as long as they did. The pay was okay depending on your job and who you worked under. The discount is nice as well, and you get free tshirts from time to time. Buuuuuuuut this is where the good stuff ends.
Cons
Oh boy... If you want to work in a company that's unstable as heck, with amazon rules, incompetent-at-best micromanaging leadership, goalpost shifting metrics, and a complete shell of it's original shelf, then this is the place for you! This current version of the company reeks of ineptitude. The core values are a joke now. They may talk about them plenty, but they absolutely FAIL to follow them. The company utterly failed to keep up or stay ahead of innovation. They're throwing darts at a board of outdated and years old trends trying to see what sticks. It's quite sad honestly. But I guess that's what you get when your original identity was abandoned. So yea, if any of this sounds good to you, and you feel like going through a superficial and fake-nice application and interview process, knock yourself out.
