Pros

I enjoy the focus on culture, customer service and community that it has. Especially recently with a big focus on the revitalization of downtown Vegas. DT Vegas is really becoming a great spot to hang out after work or on the weekends. It has more of a local vibe which is very attractive since the rest of Las Vegas is focused on tourism. Benefits, teammates, family feel, fun culture, always something fun going on, ability to be yourself and they are okay with that, openness, opportunities for growth.

Cons

They give the employees so much and sometimes the employees can take that for granted. So, I guess, a sense of entitlement from some employees.
