      Pros

      Amazing, laid back, lets you flourish and become the best you are great at, amazing CEO, awesome parties. Didnt feel like I was going to work, felt like I was going to hanf with a bunch of my friends and talk to fun happy people on the phone while taking their orders. Stress free. Loved it!

      I got fat while working there cuz of the free catered lunches everyday haha

      Pros

      Excellent benefits! We receive fully paid benefits for the employee (health, vision, dental and life insurance) and low cost benefits for partners/spouses. We also have free vending 24/7. They fully support an open-door policy and listen to all suggestions.

      Cons

      The rate at which vacation time accrues is a bit slower than with other companies.

      Pros

      The Culture here values the individual and celebrates diversity. We are encouraged to be creative, we are supported as a"real" people and not treated as just a number. Employees here feel that they are contributing to the company's mission and success. We are fully invested in where Zappos.com will be in the future, because ultimately we are treated with respect, consideration and dignity.

      Cons

      There just aren't enough days in the work week. Most of us would work 7 days a week if we could because of the Family atmosphere and the creative energy that permeates every aspect of what we do here.
