Pros
Competitive pay, career opportunities, top-tier benefits, and the best part is how incredibly amazing and friendly the people are. Sure, not everyone is going to be your best friend but you'll likely find a few very close ones and it makes working there so much more fun and rewarding.
Cons
After Amazon's takeover, it's slowly losing its magic. The culture isn't as vibrant, people are on edge, and it's definitely not what it was back in its golden years. It doesn't take away from how great the people are that were there before all the layoffs but if Amazon's goal is to lose a great business by taking away all that made it great then they're doing a great job. Amazon's dismantling of Zappos is sad. Sorry Amazon, you murdered a unicorn.
