      flexible schedule great discount nice co-workers fun culture nice job perks great health care

      Cons

      not the best work/life balance seems to be a lack of direction from the top too many people involved, hard to get things done holocracy or no managers has really shaken things up and not for the better focus has gotten away from driving sales

      Pros

      great benefits and relaxed work environment make going to work very easy. The added perks of subsidized cafeteria as well as free snacks and drinks are awesome.

      Cons

      In order to get promoted, it's not what you know-its who you know. It doesn't matter what your resume looks like or how well qualified you are for the job, if you have a relationship with the person doing the hiring then you are in. Lots of unqualified people doing jobs that they have no idea what they are doing. Don't get me started on their new "no managers" structure, its absurd. Read Orwell's Animal Farm and you'll understand that everyone is equal, but some people are more equal than others.

      Pros

      Casual atmosphere. Great benefits. They pay higher positions well. They have to, since all their best talent walked out the door.

      Cons

      No structure, chaotic atmosphere. Everyone doing what they want. Currently, run by a bunch of children with no experience.
