Great coworkers, vacation time, solid work load - sometimes too much, job security, pay and benefits decent

Cons

Management seemingly forgetting what it's like in the trenches or never having worked in the trenches before, management failing to retain employees or hire more when workload is too much to handle, career opportunities seem to be limited or management promotes from outside rather than from within most of the time
