Pros

Good benefits, offer free CEU courses and reimbursement for CEUs and licensure. Provide laptop to use, cell phone and gym reimbursement with proof of attendance

Cons

More emphasis on getting your visits in including requiring you to use PTO if going on vacation on a typical work day even if you got all of your visits in that week. Managers dont discuss any issues or give reason for termination. Equipment provided is refurbished and doesn't work well. Agree to things such as not requiring you to work after school hours to get you to start with then then dwell on that and complain about it every chance they have. Paperwork is not online and you have to submit it to office weekly to monthly. Will offer you salary while they build your caseload then expect you to be "on call" and come in to do office work such as stuffing packets or chart audits and will be very rude towards you if you are not available in a days notice. Lack of communication between HR, manager, and employee with all telling you something different. They speak as if they are very supportive and look for quality therapists but really they want a warm body they can walk all over

Pros

Flexible schedule, good benefits which are available to part-time employees, use of laptop for each employee, nice variety of patients, generous bonus at Christmas.

Cons

It seems that experience is not really valued...they would rather hire new grads who can make scores of visits and they can pay them beginning salaries. A few years ago they actually lowered the pay of the older therapists with more experience, when they gave everyone else a raise! The therapists have to pay for ALL of their materials and supplies, which gets to be very expensive considering the wide range of ages and disabilities of the patients. They claim to be a "family." That may have been true a few years ago, but now that they've grown so big and have decentralized into various area offices, they've lost that family feel. Area supervisors are on the young side and seem to have a group of therapists who are in their inner circle.
