Very manageable caseload, without constant pressure to see more patients. Management that cares and listens. Achievable bonus structure. Excellent benefits.

Cons

TPG is a therapy group consisting of many clinic brands. Therefore, experience with caseload and bonus structures vary from clinic to clinic.

The TPG Way is all about creating a positive Patient and Team Member experience. This is part of the New Hire training and incorporated in all trainings. I love this focus!
