Great Leadership and Fun Atmosphere

Leaders care about their people Clinic and office atmospheres are fun Lots of opportunity to grow Top leaders are PTs so they really understand the PT world Always adding new residency and clinical pathways for increasing skillsets Cool culture with lots of recognition Great bonus programs

Cons

None - company leadership is working hard to change some of the out patient industry cons and is well connected with APTA and APTQI and seems to be making progress
