Good place to work as a PT or other clinician

Pros

education programs for clinicians new grad programs leadership training if you want to be a clinic manager/director

Cons

Physical therapy salaries for the whole profession are flat--- not a Therapy Partners thing, but with PT as a whole. You do have a chance to make extra money if you work more hours, so they are fair with salary and bonuses

Pros

A nice place to work and experience a typical outpatient setting especially if you plan on going to PT school.

Cons

There is not much career advancement. It's rare that you would be able to ask the seniors for a recommendation letter if you plan on going to PT school. One senior PT employee is untouchable.
