Pros

1. Initial training is provided. 2. Some passionate individuals still work at the clinical level. 3. Opportunities to gain entry-level experience in the field. 4. Company expansion offers occasional internal mobility. 5. Surface-level resources and materials are available.

Cons

1. Profit Over People: Leadership prioritizes financial gain over the quality of treatment and employee well-being. 2. Toxic Leadership and HR Neglect: HR fails to support employees, allowing individuals who endanger clients or engage in harassment to remain employed — and even advance to management positions. 3. False Public Image: The company maintains a polished, attractive exterior while hiding a toxic and unethical internal culture. 4. No Real Work/Life Balance: Management roles come with unrealistic expectations and an unsustainable workload, disregarding employee health. 5. Betrayal of Founding Mission: Therapy and Beyond has lost sight of Dr. Crone’s original vision to genuinely serve individuals on the spectrum and their families.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your recognition of the initial training, passionate clinical staff, and internal mobility opportunities within our growing organization. Feedback is essential to our continued growth and improvement. We’re deeply concerned by the issues you've raised regarding leadership, HR practices, and work-life balance. These are not the standards we strive to uphold. Therapy and Beyond was founded with the mission to provide high-quality, ethical care to individuals on the autism spectrum, and we take seriously any feedback that suggests we may be falling short of that mission. We recognize that company growth can create challenges, including maintaining alignment with our core values and supporting staff at every level. We are actively working to enhance internal communication, provide additional leadership development, and strengthen HR processes to ensure all concerns are addressed thoroughly and fairly. We are committed to creating a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and heard—and where client care remains the top priority. Your feedback is being shared with our executive and HR teams as part of an ongoing review of our internal practices. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. We wish you all the best in your professional journey.

Pros

There was no pros for me

Cons

This company is terrible to work for and also isn’t good for the kids to grow. I worked for the company for 2 years and constantly saw it get worse, many great workers left because of management and they can’t hire another BCBA and it’s been over a year, the one BCBA that they do have has ran so many good workers away because she doesn’t teach well and give a lot of kiddos the same programs which doesn’t help them grow because all kids are different, it’s only a few kids they actually take the time to help which isn’t fair to other kids and their treatment. I spoke to the hire ups as well as HR and they just always sided with her even though everyone that works in the clinic had the same problem with the BCBA and how she teaches and talks to staff members. The place doesn’t have any structure and is literally ran by kids so everyone just does what they want and play around all day joking instead of teaching and interacting with the clients. Clients just run around while staff sit at a table and talk, they don’t clean behind themselves or help the clients to. If you actually care about helping kids improve in life I honestly wouldn’t work here, the work environment is toxic and to parents I honestly wouldn’t recommend your child go to this clinic, I have seen kids regress since working their which isn’t fair to them because the kids are so smart but aren’t pushed to their full potential.
