Pros

I have worked at many companies, large and small, in different fields, and can honestly say that T & B has very supportive management staff. Each clinic is able to reach out and have immediate help with any issue, anytime. We are treated with respect and our voices are always heard. They are open to new ways of doing things and welcome ways to improve processes.

Cons

The only downfall is missing kids that eventually leave, for various reasons.

Pros

Therapy and Beyond has an extremely high standard of clinical values. The level of applied behavior analysis implemented, at least at the Denver location, was/is exceedingly high. I loved working with my colleagues, I loved the patients, and I loved the structure of NET that was followed at the Denver location.

Cons

-Could use improvement/development of organizational systems. -Stressful, but that is the case with any organization as you are working with a high need population. -Could use better structures to ensure work/life balance.
