Fun, upbeat, energetic, environment with lots of friendly staff and numerous clients to work with! Staff has work incentives and awesome backup and training from other staff! LOVE this place!

Cons

None! I love the place and the energetic environment! Everyone is SO friendly here and willing to help out and give feedback!

Pros

Decent benefit package. Great co-workers. Never boring. Work ethic and making an effort always results in management appreciation. Management is available, approachable and reasonable. For those who expect work to always be easy, it's better for you to move along. All jobs have their hard days or bad days. It is what you make of it. Attitude counts.

Cons

Employee turn over, no contribution to 401k, communication

I have worked for Therapy and Beyond for 4 years. I love how our clinic is a supportive community where staff support each other for a common goal of helping our kiddos gain the skills they need.

Cons

I don't know of any cons at the moment. I love what I do and we have amazing families.
