Pros

The staff is amazing and truly cares about the work that they do. The upper management will take any feedback you may have into consideration and are always willing to listen to any concerns or ideas you have in order to improve. I've been here for about 1.5 years and hope to stay for much longer! No two days are ever the same and the challenges that do arise are always learning experiences that allow me to build on my strengths and weaknesses.

Cons

In my position, I ally don't have any cons. Every job will have its bad day, so don't expect to come in and everything be perfect. With this industry being an evolving "creature" you are bound to run into bumps in the road, but look at it as shaping a company and treatment for Autism.

Pros

Every day is different and thinga are constantly changing. It never gets boring! If you like working with kids and having fun, then this is a good place to be.

Cons

Since things are constantly changing, it can be difficult for everyone to always be on the same page. Communication gets difficult sometimes. If you don't have a lot of patience, then the job might be very frustrating for you simply due to the nature of ABA. Patience is everything in this field.

Pros

- Management does a great job working with your schedule - Increase in pay once you become an RBT - Concerns/issues are dealt with as promptly as possible - The team environment!! Everybody work as a team and the Lead Therapists do an amazing job of putting together team building events - Daily interactions with program supervisors and the clinic director!

Cons

- Things can get stressful at times but I think that's with any job. - Opportunities for advancement may be limited if you are not seeking to/enrolled in an ABA program
