Kids are great! Management and leads are helpful and always around when you need them. Great work environment.

Cons

Some issues with scheduling. If you don't like a fast pace work environment, this job isn't for you.

It's exciting to be part of a team of talented people that care about the patients and families we serve and to see patient progress!

Cons

This may not be a good fit for you if you aren't passionate about ABA and are not a hard worker.

Pros

Therapy and Beyond is truly a fun environment to work at! Supervisors listen to your concerns and suggestions, and they make work fun. Supervisors allow independence with sessions and always answer questions quickly. Updates are sent timely and clearly, and changes to the schedule are always made in advance. Working with the families is seriously so fun, and the kids always make work interesting and therapy fun! No stress or pressure and awesome co-workers

Cons

Because Therapy and Beyond is growing so rapidly, there is a need to hire more people and help with the schedule. When people call in sick, it changes the schedule up, so more people to cover would be helpful.
