Amazing Clinical Director, Staff, and Families - Always Something New to Learn

Our location has an amazing clinical director who is clear in her expectations and will do whatever she can to help you succeed. The staff cares a great deal about the kiddos and families with our program supervisors and leads leading the way and keeping everyone sharp and on point. The families are amazing and the kiddos make me happy to come to work everyday no matter what is going on. You will never have the same day twice which is great because you are always learning something new.

Cons

In the same vein of "you will never have the same day twice" some days are incredibly hectic and stressful and you will need to be able to keep up with that occasionally.

Pros

The company as a whole is so welcoming and they truly want you to succeed. The amount of knowledge and experience in the building is overflowing and the staff is always more than willing to help. The children that we work with are truly special as well.

Cons

There are no downsides that come to mind
